RATES AND DEPARTURES

The Company reserves the right to modify the rates and departures published in these pricing conditions without prior notice, which will be valid from the date of publication.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Rates include accommodation, sea transportation, all meals, open bar at set times (wines, drinks and spirits are free of charge), shore excursions and available onboard activities.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Gratuities (US$25 per person per night is recommended), purchases from the onboard store, optional tours or activities outside the Australis itinerary, transfers in Punta Arenas or Ushuaia and any immigration fees. Also not included in the price are government port fees, taxes and national park fees (boarding taxes) which for the 2026-2027 season are as follows:

• Punta Arenas to Ushuaia itinerary: US$145 per person.
• Ushuaia to Punta Arenas itinerary: US$145 per person.
• Punta Arenas to Ushuaia to Punta Arenas itinerary: US$165 per person.
• Ushuaia to Punta Arenas to Ushuaia itinerary: US$165 per person.

These government port fees/taxes and national park fees may change at the discretion of port authorities.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A US$300 deposit per person is required to secure a reservation. Full payment of the ticket price must be received by the Company no later than 60 days prior to departure.
This payment deadline does not apply to promotions and/or special trips.
CANCELLATIONS
The reservation can be canceled:
▪ Up to 120 days before departure without incurring any penalties, in
which case the Company will refund the total value of what was
received as at the date of cancellation.
▪ From the 119th day prior to departure, incurring the following penalties: (i) Between 119 and 60 days (both inclusive) before departure:
US$300, value of the deposit.
(ii) Between 59 and 50 days (both inclusive) before departure:
25% of the value of the reservation.
(iii) Between 49 and 40 days (both inclusive) before departure:
50% of the value of the reservation.
(iv) Between 39 and 30 days (both inclusive) before departure:
75% of the value of the reservation.
(v) From the 29th (inclusive) before departure:
100% of the value of the reservation. The corresponding penalties will be applied as soon as the Company receives notification of cancellation in writing.
SPECIAL RATES
▪ RATES FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS: Available on all cabin types and
applies an additional 50% to the corresponding published rate.
▪ RATES FOR BABIES: Up to 3 years of age, 100% discount, sharing bed
with parents. Please contact us regarding availability of cribs.
▪ RATES FOR CHILDREN: Children from 4 to 12 years of age, 50%
discount when sharing cabin with an adult.
▪ EXTRA BED: An extra bed can be added to double cabins. Please
contact us for rates and availability.
